    Trading digital assets involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Halal Trade AI does not guarantee any returns or profits.

    Halal Trade AI and its affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect damages — including data loss or financial disruption — arising from the use of our services, even if previously advised of such risks.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Halal Trade AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

    8. Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

    • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
    • Infringing upon the rights of others
    • Transmitting any harmful code or malware
    • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
    • Interfering with the platform's security or functionality
